This trip was only Nicole and I. Post covid, we had to test before we left home to make sure we did not have it. This year was a different year compared to others. The ship was not completely full all the way. It was nice as you got more options to hang out with the artists. 




This is us when we got to the port. Masks were recommended but not mandatory.  We played on the safe side and had ours on most of the time.



When we get to our room, the first thing we like to do is take a picture on the balcony and send it to the kids. This is also the time we call them before we don't have service anymore.

Day one on the Disney Wish

Welcome to our first Disney Cruise on the Wish! It's not just any cruise... It's Halloween on the High Seas. Please follow along as we share our 4-day Disney adventure. In a Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah (8594) We had a check in time of 12:45pm, we got there a little early with us parking at the port and not knowing how that was going to go. It went quickly and easily. Shortly after finding a spot to hang out until our time was called, they started calling the first boarding group. Next thing they called our group, and it was not even 12:45 yet! We ended up on the boat before our time slot as the embarkment was fast and easy. At the time of embarkment they activated our magic bands+. After getting on the ship, we went and had lunch at Arendelle. When we got done with lunch the room was ready for us to drop off our carry-on items (water, backpacks, etc....) Then we had a little time to get settled in before we had to go to the safety drill.
